We are excited to share that Real Estate Solutions agent and founding partner, Ray Van Gilder, has been awarded the prestigious distinction of Realtor® Emeritus membership by the National Association of Realtors; a status recognizing at least 40 years of continuous membership! Ray has served on the Rice Lake, Wisconsin Area MLS Committee, served on and Chaired the Regional and RACV MLS Committee, served on the RANWW Executive Committee as well as served as a Strategic Plan coordinator for the RANWW Realtors. His awards include the Realtors Community Service Award, the Prestigious Board Service Award and he was awarded Realtor of the year in 1994, 2001 and 2005. Ray has also served as President of the Realtors Association of NW Wisconsin in 2004-2005.
