RICE LAKE, WI – Ben’s official title is Buyers Agent to the Casey Watters Office at Real Estate Solutions, although after discussing his professional real estate role and interests outside of the office we think the title ‘Outdoor Agent’ might be a good fit too. Along with assisting buyers in finding the property to fit their needs, it’s not uncommon to see Ben helping with listings, pounding in signs or doing the things to make properties perfectly polished before they hit the market. His willingness to help where needed is a great asset to the Casey Watters Team. Along with not being shy about lending a hand (especially if the task involves going outdoors), his easy-going attitude, flexibility, and genuine personality make Ben well suited for his role in the busy real estate office. We wondered what else there is to know about the outdoor loving buyer’s agent and asked him four unconventional questions.
- What is your favorite book? “Where the Red Fern Grows”
- What is your favorite kind of cheese? Swiss
- Do you have pets? 2 dogs, 1 cat, 17 chickens and 2 goats
- How do you like your eggs? Over Easy
Ben is relatively new to the Casey Watters office at Real Estate Solutions, but he’s had a link to the local real estate world for many years. Along with being one of the two Buyers Agents in the Casey Watters Office at Real Estate Solutions, he’s the true other half of Casey’s Buyers Agent team! Ben is the husband of Buyers Agent, Breanna Larson. Together with their daughter, Ben and Breanna make their home just east of Cameron and enjoy many outdoor adventures and everything about country living. Outside of the office, Ben stays active in our area as Coach to the Cameron High School Varsity Baseball Team and Owner/Lead Guide of Larson Outfitters & Northern Black Bear Service, specializing in bear hunting and wild game guide services in Barron and Rusk Counties.
