Tom Richie
Tom’s real estate career began in 2009, as one of the founding partners at Real Estate Solutions in Rice Lake, WI. His real estate practice consists of residential, commercial, vacant land and lake home properties. He enjoys working equally with both buyers and sellers.
Tom’s approach to real estate is simple- to provide the best customer service possible. He is timely at getting back to his clients and goes above and beyond to assist clients throughout the buying and selling process. Tom’s innovative and ambitious strategy to real estate utilizes a wide network of contacts and the most modern technology to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.
Prior to Tom’s real estate interest, he had a 12 year law enforcement career, including six years as Barron County Sheriff. He has also taught law enforcement classes at the local technical college. In addition to his Real Estate Broker’s License, Tom holds a Master’s Degree in Management/Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
Tom enjoys spending time with his family- his wife Rachael, sons Tanner and Tayden, and daughter Vayda! He enjoys many of the recreational activities and local festivities Northwest Wisconsin has to offer, as well hunting, fishing, camping, theatre, music and many sports.
